OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a driven, analytical, and collaborative individual to join our team as a full-time Entry-Level Marketing & Business Data Analyst. In this full-time role, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and BI teams to transform data into actionable insights that directly impact customer engagement, brand strategy, and product innovation. This is a full-time, early-career position best suited for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1-2 years of experience looking to build a strong foundation in data analytics, marketing insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support data analysis projects across Marketing, BI, and Supply Chain functions. 2. Translate complex data into actionable insights through clear communication and visualizations. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support performance reporting and decision-making. 4. Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and other analytics tools. 5. Contribute to ad-hoc analysis requests and longer-term strategic projects. 6. Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across departments. 7. Maintains knowledge of industry trends (i.e. beverage, retail, natural segment, etc.). 8. Other duties assigned by Supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred) Completion of upper-level finance and math courses such as Calculus, Statistics, Econometrics, Game Theory, or Investment Analysis. At least one prior internship or professional experience in a business-related role. Experience working in team settings with shared project goals.
DESIRED SKILLS
Strong analytical and mathematical skills demonstrated through academic or project work. Basic to intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, functions); hands-on experience preferred over certifications. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly present data to non-technical audiences. Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities. Some exposure to storytelling with data, marketing research, or customer-facing insights is a plus.
