! We are Opinions, Ltd.—a dynamic, growing, market research firm—seeking a proactive, goal driven manager for our location near Coral Springs, FL. This is a high paced, demanding, time sensitive position that requires you to be effective at communicating day to day operations to your staff, clients, our other locations, and the main office. Nights and weekends are required.
Responsibilities include:
Hiring, training, and motivating staff to recruit and conduct surveys with mall shoppers Maintaining client satisfaction and communications Scheduling and payroll Editing and shipping field work Recruiting respondents from mall, as necessary. You and your staff must be able to handle the public in a pleasant and professional manner. Confidentiality and honesty are an integral part of our company, as we are an essential step in new product development and advancement. This is a salary position and requires a 45 hour work week. •Experience in management is preferred. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.•
