This in-office role is responsible for driving patient acquisition by overseeing digital advertising campaigns (including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and display) and managing SEO strategy and implementation—both on-site and off-site—in partnership with agency resources and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and programmatic/display platforms. Act as the primary point of contact with agency partners for SEO and paid media, providing strategic direction and ensuring campaign performance aligns with organizational goals. Execute and manage on-site and off-site SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, backlink strategies, technical SEO fixes, and performance tracking. Implement and maintain best practices for SEO across Elite DNA’s websites; ensure content is optimized for search engines and user experience. Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, generating actionable insights and reports to continuously improve ROI. Manage, update, and optimize elitedna.com and elitednacareers.com, including provider bios, photos, content enhancements, and user experience improvements. Develop and manage integrated content and digital marketing strategies across email, social, and web that support lead generation and brand awareness. Track and reconcile digital ad spends, agency retainers, and campaign budgets. Support emerging and evolving offices with targeted digital strategies and performance recovery plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional operations to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and clinic goals. Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive landscape to guide strategy. Provide leadership and mentoring to internal team members as needed; contribute to a collaborative and high-performance marketing culture. Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital advertising and SEO strategy and execution, preferably in healthcare or high-growth environments. Proven ability to manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and display platforms. Strong technical and implementation experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog). Hands-on experience in website management, content optimization, and UX consulting. Highly analytical; able to assess performance data and pivot strategies to meet objectives. Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools, CRM platforms, and project management systems. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong time and project management abilities; able to manage competing deadlines and shifting priorities. Google Ads and SEO certifications are a plus. Must be able to work in-office at our headquarters. Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field required.
