The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and tools, as well as the ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns effectively. Responsibilities Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and programmatic/display platforms Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights. Coordinate with social media manager, boosting engaging content that aligns with brand messaging. Coordinate with sales team to track leads and determine ROAS. Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Conduct A/B testing for paid, email, and social marketing campaigns to enhance open rates and conversions. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our digital strategies innovative. Track and reconcile digital ad spends and campaign budgets. Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital advertising and SEO strategy and execution, preferably in healthcare or high-growth environments. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (MailChimp) and best practices for effective communication. Experience in search engine marketing (SEM) techniques for driving traffic and conversions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions using CRM data (SalesForce). Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Hands-on experience in website management, content optimization, and UX consulting. Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools, CRM platforms, and project management systems (Asana). Strong time and project management abilities; able to manage competing deadlines and shifting priorities. Google Ads and SEO certifications are a plus.
