Imaging & CRM Analyst Florida State University – 4.3 Tallahassee, FL Job Details Full-time From $51,500 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Management High school diploma or GED Bachelor’s degree Recruiting Senior level 2 years Full Job Description Department The Division of Enrollment Management – Technology Operations Unit Responsibilities The Division of Enrollment Management is comprised of four distinct units: Office of Admissions, Office of the University Registrar , Office of Financial Aid , and Technology Operations. Enrollment Management’s integrated services provide distinctive support throughout the students’ development and progression in their academic experience – from recruitment through commencement. Through collaboration, communication, and commitment, all units within Enrollment Management achieve the highest level of student-centered service to current and prospective students and families as well as to campus partners across the University. The Technology Operations Unit within Enrollment Management provides technology support, technology-based solutions, systems configuration, identity and data management, and analysis across the division. The unit works closely with subject matter experts in Admissions, Registrar, and Financial Aid to meet the operational and reporting needs of various stockholders across campus. Position is responsible for providing analysis functions to the Division of Enrollment Management. Serves as the department’s technical expert for designing, developing and analyzing the business processes within the imaging and CRM products. Manages the department’s use of imaging and CRM products. Acts as the local administrator for imaging and CRM products that can include OnBase and SalesForce. Provides business process analysis to sections within Enrollment Management. Using knowledge of product capabilities and data models, identifies possible enhancements through use of Imaging and/or CRM products. Serves as a liaison between Enrollment Management and respective departments to troubleshoot technical issues in support of logistical document imaging requirements and CRM. Leverages administrator level access to compose queries, design system and custom types. Collaborates closely with other members of the Enrollment Management Technology team to overcome obstacles related to data availability, automation needs, and other possible challenges. Designs implementation strategies and partners with section and department stakeholders on its execution. Maintains a logical model for security access, and partners with the Security team for its implementation and execution. Provides change management and training services to Enrollment Management end-users. Oversees operations of the Imaging and Data Processing sections of Enrollment Management. Responsible for the training, supervision, and evaluation of all direct reports. Provides consultation services and technical advice to departmental and administrative clients in the use of the third-party CRM and imaging products. Maintains documentation for training purposes. Contributes to long-range planning. Reviews and evaluates policies and procedures, making suggestions, and recommendations to senior leadership regarding imaging and CRM business processes. Assists in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and staffing within the Division of Enrollment Management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma/equivalent and six years of experience. (
Note:
a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.) Preferred Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and one year of experience related to the responsibilities of the job are preferred.
