Overview:
The Brand Insights Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives. This position focuses on gathering and analyzing brand insights to understand customer behavior, preferences, and market trends. The Brand Insights Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to provide thought-partnership and actionable recommendations, enhancing marketing strategies, improving customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Conduct extensive research to gather and analyze customer insights and market trends within the restaurant industry Leverage primary and secondary research to constantly learn and uncover customer preferences and behaviors Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to stay competitive on market dynamics and opportunities for growth Utilize a variety of research methodologies to collect data and uncover consumer preferences and behaviors Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to extract actionable insights and inform business decisions Develop and execute research projects, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data throughout the entire process Interpret research findings and present clear, concise reports and presentations effectively communicating findings to key stakeholders Provide strategic and data-driven recommendations to guide marketing campaigns, product development initiatives, and overall business strategies Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into various initiatives, including menu development, brand positioning, and customer experience enhancements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or a similar analytical role, preferably within the restaurant or foodservice industry Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis software and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Excellent data interpretation and storytelling abilities, with the capability to present complex findings in a clear and impactful manner Solid understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape within the restaurant industry Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Surveying Software (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) Experience with Crunch.
