This role is essential for enhancing our project management capabilities and ensuring that our teams leverage the full potential of the Monday.com platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Monday CRM functionalities and be able to provide guidance and support to users across various departments. Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to Monday.com CRM, providing expert advice and troubleshooting assistance. Conduct training sessions to educate team members on best practices and advanced features of Monday.com. Collaborate with teams to customize workflows, dashboards, and reports that align with business objectives. Monitor usage metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience and platform efficiency. Assist in integrating Monday.com with other software tools used within the organization for seamless data flow. Experience Proven expertise in using Monday.com CRM, with a strong understanding of its functionalities and capabilities. Experience in project management or related fields is highly desirable.
