TheOpportunityThe B2B Marketing team at Agoda is seeking a ProductMarketing Senior Analyst, to work on our content strategy efforts.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in defining andexecuting our product marketing strategy, ensuring that ourproducts resonate with our target audience and achieve marketsuccess. You will work on various initiatives to enhance our brandvisibility and create compelling narratives that resonate with ourB2B partners and prospective partners which drive significantimpact to the organization.
Role OverviewAs the Product MarketingSenior Analyst,you will work on the development and execution ofvarious communication strategies aimed at B2B partners. This roleincludes contributing to Agoda’s comprehensive product marketingstrategies, working on our core product value propositions,optimizing all content efforts and measurement tracking, craftingmaterials for C-suite presentations, and collaborating withstakeholders across departments to identify and showcase ourstrengths in the B2B travel sector.
Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Product Marketing Strategy:
working oncomprehensive strategies and materials that engage B2B audiences,elevate brand awareness, and deliver tangible business resultsacross multiple business units.
Craft Compelling Product Messaging:
Develop messaging andpositioning that differentiates our products in the market.
Project Management of Cross-Functional Initiatives:
Ensurealignment and effective communication among all stakeholders whilemanaging cross-functional projects.
Performance Analysis:
Analyze product and channel performancemetrics to refine marketing strategies and enhance productofferings.
Enhance Sales Materials and Strategy:
Design and executego-to-market plans for product launches, including promotionalcampaigns, sales enablement, and training.
Conduct Market Research:
Identify partner needs and markettrends to develop a competitive positioning strategy.
Craft Engaging Presentations:
Design and manage high-impactpresentations that effectively convey Agoda’s brand story and corestrategies to partners and C-suite executives.
What You’ll Need to
Succeed Extensive Experience:
A minimum of 2 years in productmarketing, strategy, content marketing, or related roles-preferablyin the tech industry. Experience in a B2B marketing environment isa plus.
Data-Driven Approach:
Strong analytical skills with the abilityto analyze data (SQL knowledge is a strong plus), translate datainto actionable insights, and support content strategies and valuepropositions.
Innovative Problem-Solving Skills:
The ability to tackle complexchallenges in a non-linear fashion is essential. We seek aresourceful candidate who can effectively navigate the organizationto gather necessary information and implement innovative solutionswhile adapting to evolving scenarios and leveraging valuableresources creatively.
Strong Communication Skills:
Exceptional writing and verbalcommunication abilities, with proficiency in creating impactful andvisually appealing presentations.

Industry and Product Knowledge:
