This onsite, direct-hire position based in Boca Raton, FL , focuses on managing CRM systems, preparing client-facing materials, supporting event coordination, and ensuring office workflows run efficiently. Compensation:
$60,000 – $75,000 per year, based on experience
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities of the
Sales Coordinator:
Maintain and update CRM systems with client activity, deal tracking, and data cleanup Prepare and manage project materials such as presentations, update packets, and contracts for e-signature Oversee company app content including onboarding, job setup, and user access Coordinate logistics for events, including registration, travel, shipping, and vendor management Track event-related tasks using project management tools and calendars Assist in responding to RFPs and creating client-facing templates Manage office inventory and supply ordering Support front desk tasks and general office operations Handle CEO expense reporting and approval processes Organize weekly office engagements and manage marketing inventory Coordinate new hire marketing items and distribute business cards Qualifications and Skills for the
