  • We are seeking a versatile and experienced Marketing Coordinator to support strategic marketing initiatives, drive data-informed decisions, and optimize the use of our CRM platform. If you’re a self-starter with a blend of analytical and marketing skills, this is a great opportunity to make a measurable impact. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Marketing Analytics & Strategy Perform detailed market research and SWOT analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.

Analyze marketing campaign performance by tracking key metrics, creating reports, and making strategic recommendations. Design and implement data collection methods including surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls. Present insights and plans to senior leadership with actionable recommendations. Stay informed on market trends, competitor research, and emerging best practices. CRM Administration & Data Management Maintain and optimize CRM features including user permissions, page layouts, custom fields, workflows, and automations. Create and manage dashboards and reports for leadership and marketing/sales teams. Assist in CRM-related issue resolution and user support to ensure smooth daily operations. Lead CRM data integrity initiatives, including clean-ups, segmentation, and deliverability optimization. Support email marketing efforts through CRM integrations and campaign tracking. Marketing Execution & Coordination Coordinate and execute marketing programs across email, social media, and content channels. Develop and edit copy for various marketing materials ensuring brand voice and consistency. Oversee logistics for marketing events, campaigns, and vendor relationships. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Strong understanding of data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, Excel, etc.) and web analytics platforms. Solid grasp of marketing channels including email, digital, content, and social media. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail. Highly organized, analytical thinker with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3-5+ years of combined experience in marketing, analytics, and CRM administration. Schedule & Travel
