ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, test, and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and best practices. Maintain and optimize automation workflows within SFMC (including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio) to support recurring and trigger-based campaigns. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement campaigns accordingly. Ensure email deliverability by following best practices in
CAN-SPAM
compliance, IP warming, and sender reputation management. Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine messaging, subject lines, and sending strategies. Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Assist with troubleshooting issues related to data flows, email rendering, and platform errors. Maintain thorough documentation of campaign setup, processes, and system configurations. Stay current with SFMC platform updates, new features, and email marketing trends to continuously enhance platform usage.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in analytics, marketing, or related field 1 – 2 yrs experience with Enterprise level experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred Ability to think critically, identify solutions and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis.
