Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team at The Erosion Company as a Marketing Sales Analyst. This position will play a pivotal role in driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the erosion control industry, with a focus on increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Market Research :

Conduct research on industry trends, customer demographics, and construction / DOT hotspots to inform marketing strategies and identify potential opportunities for growth using lead generating platforms.

Data Analysis :

Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and generate insights for optimizing future initiatives.

Content Creation:

Develop engaging content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, and website updates, to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Social Media Management:

Support in managing and monitoring social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram) by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.

Association Organization:

Assist in management of all associations TEC is a member of, and seek organizations which would be beneficial for the company to join. (e.g. membership renewals, events, fees, etc.)

Campaign Support:

Planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, digital advertising, and promotional events.

Graphic Design :

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other marketing materials to communicate key messages effectively.

Administrative Tasks:

Provide general administrative support to the marketing department, such as organizing files, managing databases, and coordinating meetings or events.

Qualifications:

Ability to work and communicate with various levels of employees, from Senior managers to field crew Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal communication Strong time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and data analysis software is a plus
