ResponsibilitiesManagers form thefoundation of the Analytics team. They pull and arrange data from amultitude of sources to feed business-improving insights, thenbuild thoughtful presentations and reports that bring the storyhome to our clients. They work closely with their Director to learnthe most efficient and effective ways of wrangling with data anddevelop skills to become full-fledged storytellers.
Qualifications B.A. or B.S., preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, ComputerScience, Marketing/Advertising or related field 3+ years of experience working with large data sets orconducting quantitative analysis Agency experience highly preferred Knowledge of Digital Media, Marketing/Advertising industrieshighly preferred Experience working with Python, R programming languages Experience working with relational databases, SQL Strong communication skills Agency experience highly preferred Ability to speak and write professionally Ability and comfort with presenting work by phone or withinsmall groups Proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Exceland PowerPoint Ability to service clients, partners and internal stakeholdersby understanding needs, translating those needs into creativesolutions, and delivering on those solutions with diligence and asense of urgency Knowledge of digital media metrics (Impressions, Clicks, CTR,CPM, etc.) Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI Knowledge of analytics tools and relational databases (GoogleAnalytics, SQL, MS Access) Advanced Excel skills (ability to work with macros, advancedformulas, pivot tables) Knowledge of python and other programming languagesAdditionalInformationOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Diff•rence” meanswe’re better together, and we believe that our differences make usstronger. Compensation Range:
$87,210•$119,300 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes itwill pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistentwith applicable law, compensation will be determined based on theskills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along withthe requirements of the position, and the Company reserves theright to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may beeligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employeemedical plan through a third-party benefits administration systemonce certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may alsoqualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibilitycriteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offermedical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid timeoff.
