Position Summary
Digital has an increasingly pivotal role in delivering creative solutions to even the toughest briefs. As a part of our growing Digital Platforms team, you’ll specifically work to develop and activate digital campaigns in Programmatic, optimize the campaigns for success, and use the learnings and insights to fuel what’s next.
NOTE:
This role will be based in Atlanta full-time and follow our hybrid model – Tues/Thurs in office, Mon/Wed/Fri from home.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Understand the overarching strategy
Understand the client objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomes
Inform and utilize comms strategy inputs (competitive, consumer, category, etc.) to define role of Programmatic
Evaluate media proposals and provide POVs
Build smart digital campaigns
Develop digital plans centered around Programmatic, aligning with Paid Search and Paid Social activations, as well as business and comms objectives, determining platform priorities, creative strategy, and measurement framework
Manage recurring reporting deliverables through Excel and PowerPoint as needed
Work with tech partners to internalize and apply best practices
Contribute to quarterly testing roadmaps and evaluate alphas/betas/new partners
Maintain awareness of tech and industry capabilities to help evaluate and evolve data and tech partners
Bring the work into the world
Activate campaigns through various platforms (Google Ads, The Trade Desk and Viant among other DSPs) and maximize media performance through ongoing optimizations
Contribute to ongoing quality assurance process to ensure all aspects of a campaign’s creative, settings, budget parameters, brand safety needs etc. are met
Actively manage budget, pacing, vendor management and billing process
Trafficking digital and traditional campaigns
Monitoring campaign deliverables and suggesting optimizations based on campaign KPI performance
Monitoring client expenditures and working with various teams to resolve billing discrepancies

Familiarity with digital platform UIs a plus. Includes but isn’t limited to Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, AdWords, Bing Ads, 4C, Crimson Hexagon, NetBase, DV360/The Trade Desk
Strong attention to detail in managing campaign execution
Familiar with trafficking and QA processes a plus to ensure accuracy and create reasonable timelines and expectations for deliverables
Ability to understand data and work with the team to capture learnings and insights, as well as making optimization recommendations
Comfortable sorting and evaluating data in Excel, including formulas and Pivot tables
Effective communicator: navigating multiple teams/clients, and knowing when to ask questions, flag things that are unclear
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
