    Job Summary
    Supports Third Party Payments product management activities

    Job Duties and Responsibilities
    With guidance from product managers, develops product
  • portfolio reporting to monitor performance trends. Conducts data analysis to research emerging trends, understands underlying drivers, and identifies insights. Partners with supporting business partners in IT, Data Management, Finance, or similar functions to build out new informational capabilities or granularity as needed.
    Supports frontline
  • operational team members with product knowledge, creating reference material, researching
  • resolving ad hoc requests, etc.

Assists product managers as needed on adhoc initiatives and project requests.
Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Finance, Data Management, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum Experience:

Three (3) years relevant experience or proven record of analyzing and interpreting data to support product roadmap

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Knowledge of working in marketing or product development, studying trends and competition.
Ability to synthesize data for critical thinking and to validate solutions.
Basic knowledge of banking, financial services, and banking products
Ability to form and develop strong partnerships
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritization of workflow.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
