The Senior Product Analyst works on the ProductManagement team to analyze, design, and support Truist’s productplatform. The Product Analyst must have experience with technologyproduct implementations, digital release schedules, and ongoingsupport. A detailed understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC – both waterfall and agile) is also required. Thisanalyst partners with product management to position theorganization to transform to meet the challenges of the technologyand digital world and may be expected to lead projects supportingthe organization. The work will also support existing products byresearching product issues and required fixes. This position is ahighly visible role within the organization and works closely withthe product, PMO, and technology delivery teams.
Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities:

Monitor digital trends. Identify, prioritize, and assessexperience-related trends, business/service models, and underlyingenablers that meet core business needs. Lead fact-driven analysis of the market, developing points ofview and actionable recommendations that influence teams abouttop-of-mind client experiences. Benchmark Truist products and services (with direct andindirect competitive set) to identify pockets of opportunity andareas of best practice for concept testing, prototyping, and/ordevelopment. Lead research to support product findings and issueremediation. Synthesize insights in a meaningful way to share with across-section of stakeholders and other partners throughout theorganization. Coordinate research with analysts across the organization tocreate and communicate a strong understanding of client insightsand the competitive landscape. Analyze, define, and communicate technical requirements tocross-functional teams during the software developmentlifecycle. Support the development of digital roadmaps that reflect clientneeds/gaps and teammate needs/gaps, as well as foundationaltechnology capabilities and other digital enablers.
RequiredQualifications:
Bachelors’ degree in business, engineering, design, ortechnology field; or related field or equivalent combination ofeducation and professional experience. Three or more years of banking, financial services, digital, orother relevant work experience. Two or more years of product, analysis, technology, and/ordesign experience. Comfortable managing concurrent projects in a fast-paced,results-driven environment. Comfortable with ambiguity, leading work autonomously, andmaking independent decisions. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Well-developed analytical, decision-making, and problem-solvingskills. Solid understanding of trends in technology and in thefinancial services industry. Ability to learn and translate technically complex conceptsinto business-friendly terminology. Considerable tact, diplomacy, and people skills. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, suchas Microsoft Office software products, to analyze and communicatecomplex information to business leadership.
