Customer Experience Ambassador Job Summary:

A CRM Administrator ‘s main responsibility is to oversee and maintain the company’s CRM system (HubSpot). This involves coordinating with different teams like marketing, sales, customer success, and operations to improve processes and drive growth. They also use data insights to make recommendations and ensure the CRM is optimized for the company’s goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintaining and updating HubSpot data: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the CRM database.

Troubleshooting setup:

Addressing technical issues and providing support for HubSpot users.

Managing user permissions and access:

Controlling who can access and modify data within the CRM.

Auditing workflows:

Reviewing and optimizing automated processes within HubSpot. Developing, auditing, and maintaining reports and dashboards: Providing data-driven insights to track performance and make informed decisions. Configuring customer database and back-end software parameters: Ensuring the CRM is set up to meet the company’s specific needs. Using data insights to make recommendations: Identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth. Working with

Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and HubSpot CMS:

Understanding and utilizing all facets of the HubSpot platform.

Collaborating with various teams:

Working closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and other stakeholders to implement and optimize HubSpot strategies. Developing and maintaining the HubSpot technology solution: Ensuring the platform is customized and integrated optimally.

Providing support for sales activities:

Developing reports and workflows to support sales efforts. Managing user access control and cleanup: Ensuring data is organized and accessible.

Supporting internal tracking:

Managing onboarding, task management, and other internal processes within HubSpot. Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
