The Marketing Analyst Sr Staff is responsible for driving customer engagement, digital adoption, retention and growth across the organization. This role develops and implements effective marketing strategies and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and accomplish business goals.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Drive customer growth, engagement and retention
Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and their needs through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Conduct analyses to uncover insights about customer behaviors, preferences, and pain points through cohort analysis, A/B testing, funnel analysis, audience segmentation, and other data-driven approaches.
Analyze the customer journey and identify opportunities to optimize the experience, increase retention, and drive adoption and growth.
Optimize marketing performance across channels, including display advertising, paid search, paid social, email, SMS, voice and direct mail to reach customers and deepen engagement.
Develop metrics and frameworks for measuring and reporting on marketing investments and campaign effectiveness.
Campaign development and execution
Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ideate, develop, and refine compelling campaign messaging, copy, and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
Oversee the creation and deployment of email newsletters, leveraging customer data and insights to optimize content for maximum awareness and engagement.
Continuously test and iterate on campaign elements, analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future campaign strategies.
Strategic planning and reporting
Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop and align on annual marketing plans and budgets.
Prepare comprehensive performance reports and presenting key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Identify emerging trends and opportunities to inform the organization’s long-term marketing strategy.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education required of the position

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field
Minimum experience required of the position

Required:

At least 5 years of related professional experience
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey brand messages internally and externally via traditional and digital channels
Knowledge of segmentation strategies to accomplish business goals
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
