We are currently seeking an Affiliate Manager to join one of our clients ‘ teams. Key Responsibilities Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported. Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program. Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI. Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement and optimize campaigns for better performance. Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network. Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels, ensuring maximum conversion rates. Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management. 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management. Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies. Competence with tools like Everflow, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems. Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting. Experience in CRM tools and project management software for managing affiliate tasks and communications. Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI. Soft Skills Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English) Goal-orientated, ownership and commitment Doer mindset
