Role and Responsibilities:
Market Research & Intelligence Analyze Medicare market trends across the country. Develop region-specific strategies based on market trends. Monitor CMS regulations, plan expansions, new carrier opportunities, market data, and competitor activity Provide ongoing insights into carrier performance, emerging markets, and broker behavior. Strategic Planning and Recommendations Identify and communicate strategic initiatives based on market and industry trends Collaborate with leadership to prioritize growing markets, product positioning, and develop go-to-market plans. Agent Outreach and Education Outreach Lasting Mark agents to educate on market changes Develop strategies to effectively keep agents informed Identify contracts that are not currently with Lasting Mark and work with agents and leadership to transfer those contracts. Key Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent resourcefulness in finding solutions to issues Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced environment. Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems. Proficient with computer systems and the ability to learn new or updated software. Ability to handle challenging people and diffuse situational problems Knowledge of contracting processes and agent services
