This role is critical to maintaining data integrity, improving user engagement, and enabling strategic initiatives through effective customer data management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive CRM administration, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive mindset to support cross-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
System Administration & Maintenance:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the eLead CRM platform, including user account setup, role permissions, and system configurations. Monitor system performance and coordinate with eLead support for troubleshooting and resolution.

Data Integrity & Reporting:

Conduct regular audits of customer data to maintain accuracy and completeness. Manage processes for data normalization and deduplication in the Single Customer Database. Work with internal stakeholders to design and ensure effective performance monitoring and reporting.

User Training & Support:

Develop and deliver CRM training programs and materials for store and BDC sales teams for new hires. Provide ongoing support to users, ensuring optimal system adoption and usage.

Process Optimization:

Work closely with department leads to align CRM workflows with operational goals, particularly focusing on areas of improvement as indicated by CRM usage and sales conversion. Identify and implement automation opportunities within the eLead system to drive improvements in the CRM. Customize lead routing, campaign management, and follow-up protocols to drive customer retention and lead conversion.

Compliance & Security:

Maintain system compliance with industry regulations, including privacy and data protection. Enforce usage standards and audit trails to ensure CRM security protocols are followed.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience administering the eLead CRM system in an automotive dealership or dealer group setting. Strong understanding of dealership operations and customer lifecycle management. Experience working with or integrating a Single Customer Database (SCD) is highly preferred. Familiarity with DMS platforms (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, etc.) and third-party integrations. Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Proficient in Excel, CRM reporting, and data management tools is a plus.
