Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth. This role involves analyzing customer data, developing strategies for customer retention and acquisition, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on customer outreach and retention initiatives.
• Create and manage customer segmentation strategies for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Train and support team members on CRM best practices and usage.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to CRM.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
