Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Digital analytics experience developing meaningful KPIs, Solution Design References (SDR), reporting, insights, and interpreting results
- Experience conducting analyses of digital data using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
- Experience leading and coaching employees
- Ability to share compelling insights using MS PowerPoint to C-suite audiences
- Strong relationship & communication skills working with colleagues and business partners; influencing customers on recommendations.
- Experience with leading enablement, COE, and self-service analytics initiatives
Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years of experience working in a big data environment (AWS, Azure) for data wrangling or analysis
- Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) such as the Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Real Time CDP
- Experience coding in PySpark, Python, SQL

Overview:
This person will play a key role within EDAI (Enterprise Data, Analytics, & Insights) to drive tangible business results by providing actionable insights and recommendations through the analysis of digital marketing initiatives. This role will lead a group of analysts supporting several web or mobile app product teams. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Director and VP-level marketing leaders on strategic initiatives, prioritization, and resourcing needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform online reporting, collection, and analysis of complex digital qualitative and quantitative metrics from multiple sources; administer the site analytics reporting system; manage the collection and synthesis of data from multiple sources.
Discover issues, developing trends, or areas to investigate further. Proactively identify opportunities to drive tangible business results. Present data in a clear and compelling way to communicate insights, tell a story, and influence strategy.
- Providing digital analytics support to several business stakeholders/teams – customer acquisition, product management, on-site user experience, experimentation and optimization, project management and IT
- Assist in dataset creation by developing measurement plans, technical requirement documents for tagging. This may include data extraction, derived and dependent variable creation, and data quality control processes for analytics, model development, and validation.
- Manage workload within the team by partnering with the analytics department lead and senior marketing leaders. This includes preparing for a series of weekly team agile meetings, bi-weekly marketing alignment meetings, leading analytics self-service and enablement initiatives, and monthly leadership prioritization discussions.
- This role will own the creation and reporting of monthly KPIs and dashboards, as well as perform analysis and build processes that ensure best practices in marketing performance.
- Responsible for one or more analytic tools owned by the analytics team. Be a subject matter expert for those tools and create a strategy for maximizing their benefits and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for operational excellence within the team. Some examples include optimizing operational processes, clarifying roles and responsibilities, implementing of agile methodologies, standardization across the board, enhancing QA process, identifying opportunities to improve speed to market, self-service enablement for the business, etc.
