Overview:
The Customer Digital Solutions team aims to enhance customer and employee experiences, exceeding expectations and improving satisfaction with our Energy client. The team delivers technology solutions across various channels, including Natural Gas, Outage, Transactional Customer Messaging, Billing & Payment alerts, Mobile App, Web, and Contact Center Technology. Dedicated teams support existing programs and create new ones.
Role Focus:
The Product Analyst will support a portfolio of efforts around Products and Services, working closely with the Product Owner to capture requirements and ensure successful outcomes. This includes collaborating with analytics, marketing teams, and other technology groups to develop holistic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Effort:
Assist in the organization’s e-commerce, write JIRA stories, engage stakeholders, and document future requirements.
App Maintenance:
Support existing apps (Service Navigator, TOU Enrollment, Solar Estimator, Outage Verification) and monitor usage metrics.
User Research & Story Writing:
Assist the Product Owner with user research and story writing.
Process Activities:
Perform process mapping, value stream mapping, process analysis, process design, methods development, performance standards & metrics development, ROI analysis.
Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute quality assurance plans.
Change Management:
Support change management functions for successful product implementation.
Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with the product team to identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings.
Data Utilization:
Use data to develop and implement solutions, ensuring outcome measurement.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate with internal stakeholders, keeping key sponsors informed and partnering with the broader organization.
Customer Feedback:
Consolidate user feedback, user research, and employee feedback.
Leadership Interaction:
Interact with various leaders at the company, managing expectations across multiple business units.
Presentation Skills:
Present and represent working software in front of large audiences.
Learning & Adaptability:
Navigate the complex landscape of products and services within the organization.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree. 2+ years related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, High School/GED and 6+ years related work experience.

Specific Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or a similar discipline. 2+ years of work experience in a related business area.
