Day Responsibilities:
Define and maintain thecommunication plan. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers,and User Experience teams to identify meaningful metrics, reportingrequirements, source data, and generate reports and dashboards.
Develop and maintain a content management framework to reduce datasource duplication and promote consistency across reports. Gather,normalize, and analyze data from multiple sources to deliverquantitative and qualitative reports on trends and patterns.
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards that provideclear and actionable insights. Present data in a visually appealingand easily understandable format. Serve as the administrator forthe team Wiki. Act as the liaison to ensure representation inpublic documentation and alignment of reports with broaderorganizational standards.
Must Haves:
3 years of data/reportingexperience Proficient in Confluence, Jira, HTML, SharePointProficient/super user in Excel and PowerPoint Excellentcommunication skills Certifications such as: Atlassian Pro SkillsAtlassian Certified Associate (ACS) Excel Expert CertifiedAnalytics Professional (CAP)

$50/HR-$55/HR
