ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing, particularly digital marketing and lead management in a small business environment. Strong familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, and proficiency in social media management tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging content. Demonstrated ability to conduct and analyze market research. Organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Create thinker with a strong problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is based in an office environment with regular business hours. Occasional travel may be required for meetings or training sessions.
