Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance data to help drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will turn data into insights that enhance our marketing effectiveness, customer acquisition, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze data across digital marketing channels (e.g., website, email, social media, paid search). Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, customer engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and improve performance. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behaviors, and competitive activities. Create and maintain regular marketing reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders. Work with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Support A/B testing initiatives and campaign performance evaluations. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure data consistency and alignment on strategic goals. Track and measure the success of SEO, SEM, and social media initiatives. Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and developing data models for marketing planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or related roles. Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot) preferred. Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format to non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing metrics is a plus. Experience with SQL or database querying. Google Tag Manager – ability to input tracking and report out on it for key events.
