- 3-5 years of automotive, marketing, or business administration experience
- Friendly attitude and ability to work well within a team and with different business users
- Strong Microsoft Office experience, particularly with Excel and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of internet sales leads, CRM Communications, and s a plus
Required Technical Skills:
- Familiar w/Excel (Intermediate preferred) – creating formulas not required, but we track all disputes in Excel spreadsheets
- Proficiency using Outlook
Responsibilities:
- The Retail CRM Specialist is responsible for assisting Client dealers and Field teams with all aspects of client’s and dealers’ Lead Conversion (LC) and Dealer Sales Loyalty (DSL) reporting.
- The primary responsibility is related to managing the disputes coming from the dealers on these two metrics, with the bulk of the disputes related to DSL.
- Managing disputes involves reviewing details of the incoming dispute information, searching in different data bases for customer data associated with the dealerships and car VIN information, following guidelines for approving/denying disputes to ensure that only valid disputes are approved and processed, and then communicating the decisions to dealers via email in a timely manner.
- Additionally, this person will handle follow up questions that arise from our responses.
- This person will also provide backup assistance in handling/directing inquiries that come into a department support mailbox, and other administrative tasks as required by Retail CRM Manager.
