Objectives of ThisRole:
While Brand Strategy builds, sets and shepherds theoverarching strategic direction for a brand, Digital Strategybrings the brand to life in the world through data-driven customerexperiences. We start with a deep customer understanding, employinga variety of research methods and analysis, to buildpersonas/segments, customer/patient journeys, moments that matter,and a communications framework to inform the specific messaging andchannel mix necessary to influence each audience. We assess markettrends, potential whitespace and what competitor(s) have in market.
Insights from this work and prioritization of where to focusestablish the foundation for data-driven tactical and contentplanning. Digital expertise coupled with familiarity in media andmarketing technology enables architecting data-driven campaigns andoverseeing ongoing execution. Leverage experience with websites,email and omnichannel business rules documentation as well asknowledge of analytical tools to provide actionable insights anddemonstrate business impact. Deliver strategic recommendations andPOVs on client challenges and potential solutions. Owns digital andengagement strategy creation for assigned brands Leader of bestpractices across all digital channels and media formats, includingpaid search, SEO, display media, social media, email marketing,marketing automation and analytic Leads education and onboardingResponsible for senior cross-department collaboration on brandstrategies and commercial approaches, oversees digital strategyintegration into individual tactics Leads digital growth effortsfor assigned clients Leads digital case study creation for assignedclients Main digital strategy contributor to tactical and brandplanning for assigned clients Develops key insights to providestrategic approach and recommendations for brand planning and newbusiness opportunities Thought leader who participates inconferences, new business efforts, and capes presentations Createsthe strategy that informs media planning development across allchannels Leads tactical and campaign projections for properanalysis and measurement Responsible for data-informed growthopportunities to deliver business impact Oversees and leads thedevelopment of effective measurement plans and campaign reportsOwns the development of robust omnichannel programs across assignedbrands Owns the data licensing and TAP agreements with dataproviders Oversees the operationalizing and management of DDMprograms across account functions, including account, projectmanagement, creative, and analytics Owns the development ofengagement maps, content maps, behavioral flow diagrams,retargeting strategies, brand journeys, and ecosystems Ownsstrategy that informs BRDs, data maps, technical data architecture,tactical plans, briefs, and media plans Oversees and leads programperformance with analytics and creative teams Develops processesand standards to improve workflow and efficiencies across thedepartment and with other agency functions Is a resource and guidefor team members across all functions Leads resourcing andrecruiting for direct report positions Main input to scoping andforecasts Owns digital staff plans, assignments, and new jobrequisitions for assigned brands
Job Requirements:
8-10 years ofdigital marketing, analytics, and marketing automation experienceStrong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio,Tableau, or any similar tools Strong experience using a CRMplatform Hands-on experience in omni-channel marketing Leadingclients and a team of senior and junior analysts Exceptionalanalytical ability and critical thinking skills Strongunderstanding of the digital marketing landscape Strong workingknowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo and SalesforceMarketing Cloud); certification is a plus Strong background inanalyzing campaign data and drawing conclusions with proven resultsExperience articulating email campaign structure and analyticsfindings (written and in person) Expertise in developing leadscoring, nurture, and drip campaigns HTML development skills are aplus Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console,Google Tag Manager, UTM tagging, HotJar Working understanding ofThird-Party Access agreements with data vendors Strong workingknowledge handling list licensing and handling proprietary dataStrong organization and written/oral communication skills Attentionto detail is a must Don’t meet every single requirement?
