SummaryThis position is responsible for the administration and operationalsupport of Daiichi Sankyo’s Veeva CRM system within IT. They’llcollaborate with various sales and marketing customers to identifynew and support existing CRM functionality. Primary responsibilitywill be around supporting our Omnichannel Marketing customersrelated to various CRM functionality such as Suggestions, Next BestAction, Integrated Scheduling, CLM, Rep Triggered E-mails, etc.
They’ll also collaborate closely with internal IT stakeholders andvarious external vendors to deliver solutions. Responsibilities

Business Analysis:
Analyze sales and marketing businessrequirements and translate them into functional specifications forVeeva CRM. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather anddocument business needs, objectives, and processes related to VeevaCRM as it pertains to Omnichannel Marketing Team and Other Salesrelated functions.

Implementation:
Identify opportunities forprocess improvement and recommend solutions to enhance thefunctionality and effectiveness of Veeva CRM and OmnichannelMarketing processes. Provide technical expertise related to theconfiguration of Veeva CRM and perform data analysis andconfiguration deliverables related to business processes. Conductuser acceptance testing and provide training and support to endusers. Participate with internal IT data teams/vendors tounderstand data integrations and API requirements (no developmentexperience required) in and out of Veeva CRM system.

Documentation:
Document various system related documentations suchas system configurations, data flow processes, test scripts,functional specification, training documentation, etc. Ensuredocument integrity and version control by leveraging SharePointand/or other M365 features.

Ongoing Support:
Develop and maintaina deep understanding of Veeva CRM and Omnichannel Marketingcapabilities and best practices. Responsible for systemadministration of Veeva CRM. Troubleshoot and resolve issuesrelated to Veeva CRM and Omnichannel Marketing functionality, dataintegrity, and system performance. Stay up-to-date with industrytrends and advancements in Veeva CRM and Omnichannel Marketing andprovide recommendations for system enhancements and upgrades. Stayon top of new upgrade releases in Veeva CRM and partner withcustomer to evaluate and implement as needed. Responsible for theHelp Desk operational guidance and support related to applicationtickets, setting and monitoring SLAs, coordinating training, andremediating User issues. Provide support across all areas of CRMsystem development lifecycle (SDLC) including creating trainingdocumentation for all supported applications.•
Collaboration:
Attend customer facing meetings to communicate standards anddirections, as well as advise on technology solutions andcapabilities in CRM. Collaborate with external technology vendorsand internal IT teams to ensure the successful integration of VeevaCRM and Omnichannel Marketing features with other systems andapplications such as C360, data warehouse, marketing cloud, etc.

Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university)Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science orbusiness related discipline required required ExperienceQualifications
- 1 or More Years Experience 2 years of provenhands-on experience administering, configuring, and supportingVeeva CRM (CLM, Engage, Approved E-mails, MyInsights) and othermodules of CRM required. required
- 1 or More Years Strongunderstanding of pharmaceutical and life sciences industryprocesses and regulations preferred.
- 1 or More Years Proficientin business analysis, process mapping, and functional requirementsgathering preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams internally and externally. preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. preferred

- Veeva CRM or Veeva Vaultcertifications are preferred. preferred
