Job Description
A top-tier investment firm in New York City is seeking a Trade Support Analyst with 2-15 years of experience, ideally coming from a hedge fund or asset manager. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the trading desk in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily trade activity, including trade capture, settlement, and reconciliation Ensure timely trade confirmations and resolve breaks with counterparties Maintain strong communication with traders, custodians, and internal teams Monitor trade flow and escalate discrepancies in real time
Qualifications:
2-15 years of trade support or middle office experience Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlements, and confirmations Experience with equities required; options or fixed income a plus Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Comfortable working early hours (6:30/7am – 4/5pm) Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment This is a long-term temp opportunity with strong potential for full-time hire based on performance.
