Mercy University, a leading institution of higher education, is seeking a talented and passionate CRM Administrator to join our Information Technology team. This exciting opportunity is based at our beautiful campus in Tarrytown, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
As a CRM Administrator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our CRM platform, which is essential for streamlining our interactions with students, faculty, and stakeholders. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our data management processes, ensuring data integrity, and providing training and support to users across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the CRM system to align with the university’s evolving needs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and implement solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
3. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure seamless adoption and effective utilization of the CRM platform.
4. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices to optimize data quality and system availability.
5. Leverage data analytics and reporting capabilities to provide valuable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CRM Administrator or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, data management, and integration processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
