Responsibilities Specific tasks for each client project may include (but are not limited to) writing proposals, drafting surveys, programming online surveys, cleaning data files, analyzing data files, writing reports, recruiting focus group participants, attending focus groups, participating in client meetings or phone conferences, intercept surveys or other fieldwork. Additionally, presenting reports to clients and creating marketing strategies based on findings may also be required. This position offers quarterly bonuses up to a total of $6,000/year. Desired candidates must have the following skills: Excellent in Microsoft Office. Excel and PowerPoint preferred. Strong quantitative analysis (statistical) and mathematical skills preferred. An ability to think critically about a wide range of topics. Excellent problem solving, strategic thinking skills. Very strong reading, writing, proofreading, interviewing and communication skills. A self-starter and self-teacher—one who is able to learn new things on their own, as needed. Ability to manage multiple deadline-sensitive projects at once. Ability to coach and train staff while still producing a high standard of work. In addition to the above, ideal candidates would have some or all of the following skills: Experience and/or familiarity with WordPress. Strong typing, phone and note-taking skills. Ability to travel on occasion.
