Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Digital Retail Media Analyst to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital content and advertising campaigns. This role will work closely with National Accounts and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and impactful performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with National Accounts to develop and execute high-performing digital content and advertising campaigns. Assist in planning and managing media campaigns across multiple digital channels. Support with in-depth weekly reporting and post-campaign wrap-ups, focusing on ROAS, spend pacing, and key conversion metrics. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and media operations, including purchase orders and invoice processing. Ensure all campaigns comply with legal, brand, and regulatory standards. Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, media, or agency environments. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. Solid understanding of media planning, flowcharts, and performance metrics. Ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations. Ability to interpret A/B tests and draw performance-based recommendations. Proficiency in media tools and platforms (e.g., analytics dashboards, business communication tools). Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative team player. Self-starter with a coachable mindset, eager to learn and take initiative.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with emerging media trends and evolving consumer behavior. Experience with Criteo, Power BI, and Google Analytics. Familiarity with retail media KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPC) and campaign troubleshooting best practices.

$50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
