We are hiring a Marketing Data Analystwithin our Business Intelligence organization to work with ourMarketing team. The Marketing team creates compelling marketingmoments that build momentum in the market, differentiate us fromour competitors, and empower our members, customers and providers.

This impacts the business by attracting new prospects, expandingexisting customers, and increasing employee population access toSpring. In this role you will work with the Marketing team todefine metrics and KPIs that help us understand how well we’reachieving our mission of removing every barrier to mental health;the goal is to ensure that everyone who needs care is able to getit. You’ll operate in a cross functional data team that includesdata scientists and analytics engineers, all of whom are workingtowards this goal with you. What you’ll be doing Partner with themarketing team to build, maintain, and improve reportinginfrastructure that supports our provider experience metrics andrelated KPIs. Develop dashboards and data visualizations thatempower non technical users within the marketing team to understandoverall trends and drill into drivers of metric movements. Partnerwith the data science team to dive deeper into major trends,helping us understand what is driving those changes. Ensuredownstream teams can access and utilize data effectively byproviding training, documentation and support for the dashboardsand data products you deliver. Ensure accurate and consistentreporting of metrics, collaborating with cross-functionalstakeholders to ensure data alignment across the business. Workwith our analytics engineering team to maintain the core datamodels in dbt that support these metrics and ensure dataconsistency. Measure marketing campaign effectiveness to optimizehow we engage with our members Explore different attribution modelsacross our entire marketing funnel Quantifying marketing spend andefficiency across channels What success looks like in this role:

Develop tools and analyses that enable the marketing team to hittheir own KPIs•you’re successful when you help your team besuccessful! Reduce the amount of time teams spend manually pullingdata to inform decisions Develop dashboards and analyses thatdeliver ongoing value to teams, measured in proxy by the number ofmonthly active users and total views different dashboards andanalyses receive Contribute to our foundational data model byadding additional fields and tables according to our data styleguide What we expect from you You are passionate about changing theface of mental health care and Spring Health’s mission to removeall barriers to mental health resonates with you You have 3 yearsof working experience working with data, data visualization, anddashboarding tools You have experience working with marketing teamsand with marketing analytics in particular You are strong in SQL,and have at least familiarity with dbt or similar datatransformation tools You have strong user empathy•you can deeplyunderstand the core issues stakeholders are having and translatethem into solutions that meaningfully improve their ability tooperate You have experience working with Looker or other similardata visualization tools (tableau, etc), both creating the datamodel and building dashboards You focus on impact, finding thethings you can deliver that deliver the most value for yourstakeholders You have good communication skills, are comfortableexplaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience, and arecomfortable working independently with executive level team membersYou are humble, highly motivated, and thrive in fast-pacedenvironments You have a proven ability to proactively manage yourown priorities and dependencies in alignment with cross-functionaldependencies and marketing/business impact You have a passion forsuccessfully navigating ambiguous problem areas and learning newapproaches The target base salary range for this position is$105,000•$125,800, and is part of a competitive total rewardspackage including stock options and benefits. Individual pay mayvary from the target range and is determined by a number of factorsincluding experience, location, internal pay equity, and otherrelevant business considerations.
