Job Description

This role is a key supporting member of the Marketing Division. The Account Product Specialist will assist in meeting project objectives and completion dates as set by the Sales & Marketing team leads. Responsibilities Specific Responsibilities This role will play a critical role in assisting and supporting the team in maintaining existing businesses, support the efforts of developing new business opportunities, and will serve as the key support on day-to-day needs between front-end Sales & Marketing team and back-end/Operations team though clear, effective and timely communication This includes providing marketing support in the areas of internal/external forms, building a comprehensive library of Sales & Marketing reference tools and act as a key conduit between Sales & Marketing and the operational end of the business on basic, day-to-day marketing needs. This role must be able to support the everyday customer requests, including marketing assets, product images, and packaging materials. In addition to the Sales & Marketing team, this individual must have the ability to work and communicate effectively with departments throughout the organization including, but not limited to, Graphics/Regulatory, Purchasing, Forecasting/Planning, Finance, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Quality and Product Development. Complete essential internal/external forms under the supervision of Marketing and be responsible for maintaining an updated library of all current and historical forms. Build and maintain Sales & Marketing library of reference tools through internal Graphics department and/or third-party agencies as required by Account. This includes, but is not limited to, print packaging, print ads, packaging components, product samples and concept designs General Responsibilities Poses no direct threat to the health or safety of himself/herself, of others, or to property. Defined as a significant risk of substantial harm that cannot be eliminated or reduced to an acceptable level by reasonable accommodation. Requires regular attendance to perform essential element as contained herein between the assigned start and end times for work. Performs such individual assignments as management may direct. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Education, Experience, and Licenses:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Project Management/Marketing a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills as well as organizational skills. Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Effective time management and prioritization skills.
