Position Overview:
Cumulus Media | Knoxville, TN has an immediate, hybrid-remote opening for a full time Digital Account Coordinator to join our Performance Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting some of our largest and most strategic digital marketing campaigns to ensure their success through the development and execution of conversion-focused, performance-driven, multi-channel programs. As a Digital Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and monitoring the delivery of high-quality digital campaigns. Additionally, you will also provide ongoing performance-based analysis and support for cross-platform, tactical digital solutions that include: Audio Streaming Podcast Advertising Display Advertising Programmatic Strategies Social Media Marketing Online Presence Solutions OTT and Video Advertising Paid Search Engine Marketing Email Marketing The Account Coordinator will have the opportunity to use your passion for digital marketing to setup and facilitate personalized, innovative, full-scope advertising solutions to meet the marketing needs of new and existing clients through cross-platform efforts that are focused on our advertisers’ end goals.

Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute digital marketing strategies. Manage day-to-day communication with clients, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and providing progress reports. Coordinate with internal teams, such as creative and development, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client projects. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement to meet client goals. Maintain ongoing internal reporting and account trackers in order to provide ongoing details about account health, project timelines, growth opportunities, monthly billing, etc. Facilitate and support proposal development (including the build-out of media plans and client/industry research), ongoing monthly reporting, and quarterly business reviews. Support strategic agency projects as needed (like onboarding a new platform, researching new products/partners, or setting up new offerings in our planning tools). Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or account coordination. Attention to detail, hunger for answers, and ability to multitask while staying self-organized. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize and solve client issues successfully and quickly. Demonstrated ability to self-motivated and task-oriented for complex and fast-paced projects. Time management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be a team player, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients equally. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Proven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns that drive results. Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Ads Manager.
