In this role, you will manage the day-to-day setup, optimization, and oversight of our HubSpot platform, ensuring consistent use and communication flow across departments. Why Caissa K12? As our HubSpot CRM Implementation Specialist, you will have the chance to work on innovative campaigns, oversee and improve workflows, and work closely with our team to ensure the project goals are met. As well as provide day-to-day HubSpot support for staff, addressing day-to-day troubleshooting issues. You will play a central role in helping our teams work more efficiently, ensuring HubSpot is implemented effectively to support student recruitment, retention, chronic absenteeism, and more. This position is in-person at our Memphis office and reports directly to company leadership. Key Responsibilities HubSpot CRM Management Customize pipelines, properties, workflows, forms, and templates to match internal operational needs. Ensure consistent contact management practices and data hygiene across all teams. Manage integrations between HubSpot and other internal systems (e.g., email marketing, mass communication tools, etc.). Cross-Department Implementation & Communication Work with department leads across all service lines to implement and optimize HubSpot use for client needs. Translate internal goals and processes into actionable CRM workflows and automations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for team members using HubSpot. Process Optimization & Automation Analyze internal workflows and recommend automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy. Build automation for internal tasks such as lead routing, task assignments, or project tracking. Train staff on HubSpot functionality and best practices to ensure consistency and understanding. Create and maintain internal documentation and training materials. Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and implementing HubSpot CRM. Proven ability to build and optimize workflows, pipelines, and reports. Experience managing CRM integrations with other platforms and tools. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Clear, effective communicator who can work cross-functionally and train others. Self-starter with excellent time management skills. Familiarity with educational or service-focused environments is a plus.
