Position Summary :

This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and distributing accurate and consistent product data related to automotive tools and equipment. It plays a key part in ensuring that all internal systems are up-to-date and all stakeholders have access to reliable product information.

Job Responsibilities :

Data Collection and Management:

o Gather product data from various sources including suppliers, manufacturers, and internal systems; maintain a comprehensive and organized Product Data Master (PDM).

Data Accuracy and Integrity:

o Validate and verify product information to ensure accuracy; identify and correct discrepancies and maintain up-to-date product records.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

o Analyze product data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making; prepare reports and summaries as needed for internal use.

Data Distribution:

o Share accurate and timely product information with internal and external customers ensuring all stakeholders have the data necessary for their functions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

o Partner with sales, marketing, product management, and operations to support their data needs and ensure consistency across platforms and initiatives.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

• HS Diploma, AA or BA preferred.
• Advanced written and verbal communication & language skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail ensuring the highest degree of data accuracy.
• Highly organized & analytical with proven experience of managing & interpreting large datasets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (V-lookup, pivot tables, macros) and experience with data management tools.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive tools & equipment beneficial.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
