Position Summary:

Kele Companies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager•OEM Partnerships & Digital Growth to lead and expand strategic engagement with OEM partners. This role is responsible for maximizing revenue and market share through OEM digital storefronts, growing Kele’s presence in new markets and customer segments, and enhancing the top-of-funnel opportunity generation for both Kele and its supplier partners. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between OEMs, Kele’s internal teams (including Product Management and IT), and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of digital product strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

OEM Engagement & Revenue Growth Develop and manage relationships with OEM partners to optimize storefront strategies and increase sales performance. Collaborate on joint initiatives to drive visibility and engagement. Market Expansion & Funnel Growth Design and execute strategies to expand Kele’s reach into untapped customer bases and verticals. Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop new top-of-funnel growth opportunities. Digital Product Strategy Collaborate with Product Management and internal teams to guide the optimal digital product assortment, price, inventory position aligned with OEM and customer needs. Partner with IT to scale digital platforms and storefronts, ensuring quick response to market demands and customer feedback. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization Own the monthly KPI reporting process, including: Marketing investment utilization and ROI analysis. Funnel analytics (lead generation, conversion metrics, etc.). Customer satisfaction metrics and improvement tracking. Use data insights to continuously optimize partnership programs and digital initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus. 5+ years of experience in program management, OEM/vendor partnerships, or digital commerce strategy. Proven track record of growing revenue through digital and partnership channels. Strong understanding of B2B distribution, digital product lifecycle, and eCommerce ecosystems. Excellent project management, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, product, supply chain, and technology teams.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with industrial/OEM markets and familiarity with the building automation or HVAC industry. Proficiency with eCommerce platforms, CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics), marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI). Knowledge of co-op program management and performance-based marketing spend.
