This part-time role will lead special projects and project management, assist with content creation, event coordination, and administrative tasks, as well as support other marketing initiatives as needed. The position requires adaptability, creativity, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively to support evolving marketing needs.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead or assist in special projects, ensuring timely and effective execution. Coordinate and support events, promotions, sponsorships, and community engagement activities. Support the Marketing Director with various tasks and reporting as needed. Manage and maintain marketing databases, files, and administrative processes for efficiency and consistency. Assist with developing, editing, and proofreading marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, emails, website content, presentations, and social media posts. Provide research, insights, and recommendations to improve marketing strategies and processes. Collaborate with the marketing team and external agency on advertising, marketing efforts, and special initiatives. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. Other duties as assigned by management.
