Job Summary:
The Associate Director of Enrollment Partnerships & Marketing has operational responsibility in the development, review, and renewal of agreements with business, industry, andmunity partnerships to increase the enrollment of students and re-enrollment of the ‘some college, no degree’ population. This position will also assist the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management with enrollment marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, identifying and requesting needed marketing initiatives, reviewing and editing of marketing creative and copy and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Directs university-wide outreach efforts to enhance enrollment initiatives including collaboration with business, industry, andmunity leaders, faculty, administrators, and development of partnerships.
Oversees the creation and implementation of new enrollment-focused partnerships, including but not limited to, partnerships with businesses and industries.
Develops, reviews, renews, and revises MOUs and agreements related to enrollment and re-enrollment initiatives with business, industry, and higher education partners.
Advises and proposes solutions to enrollment management leadership on issues that may create barriers to students’ seamless transitions to JSU.
Maintains a report on the status of all MOUs, partnerships, and agreements related to enrollment initiatives, such as hospitals and industry agreements.
Works with Student Success to develop a seamless enrollment or re-enrollment experience for the post-traditional/adult learner population.
Under the direction of the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management, assists with enrollment marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, reviewing and editing of marketing creative and copy and evaluating the effectiveness of enrollment marketing initiatives.
Utilizes research, best practices, and data to suggest and implement marketing initiatives to increase enrollment.
Collaborate with Undergraduate Admissions, Marketing Services, and contracted outside marketing agencies to implement, review, and maintain enrollment marketing strategies.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of three (3) years of higher education, partnership development, employer relations, enrollment and enrollment marketing, recruiting, and/or significant leadership experience
Valid Drivers’ license
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree
Experience in enrollment, recruitment, higher education marketing and/or partnership development
Leadership experience in higher education
