This full-time position is located at our Birmingham, AL office. This person shall provide coordination of various marketing activities and will report to the Executive Vice President of BDG’s South Studio. Core Competencies

Responsibilities o Research procurement avenues for potential project leads. Organize for review of submission guidelines and schedules with the Studio Lead. o Assist in coordinating and producing qualification packages, fee proposals, presentations, boards, leave-behinds, and other marketing collateral for targeted client development efforts and building brand awareness. o Assist with the production of internal video content. o Coordinate projects for award submittals and publicize winning projects. o Assist with compiling and maintaining the firm’s information databases to track Business Development Activity, Events, and Submissions. o Assist with writing, proofing, printing, binding, packaging, and submitting qualification packages, proposals and contracts. Qualifications

• Professional degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, or Communications is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one year of experience providing professional marketing services preferred.
• Experience in marketing for architecture, engineering, or construction firms is highly favored.
• Proficiency with

Microsoft Office Suite:

Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams.

• Proficiency with

Adobe Creative Suite:

InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat. Knowledge of Adobe Rush and Premier or other video editing software is a plus.
