Position Summary As Veoci continues to expand, we are seeking a talented Marketing Associate to join our team. The Marketing Associate will gain hands-on experience across a range of marketing functions, including content creation, social media, advertising, and competitive research. This role includes designing digital and print materials, social media graphics, and other creative assets that align with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will exhibit critical thinking skills, be detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to collaborative marketing efforts that support business growth. Responsibilities Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visuals that support campaigns, branding initiatives, and promotional efforts. Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts, and other visual aids for clients and management. Design brochures, flyers, infographics, and other marketing materials that align with brand messaging and campaign goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and convert them into engaging written and visual content. Collaborate with internal team members and customers to research, write, and publish compelling blog posts, case studies, and more that provide thought leadership, highlight client success stories and explore use cases. Create engaging social media graphics, banners, and animations to increase audience engagement. Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and advertisements. Support the marketing team in managing Veoci’s social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn. Brainstorm and draft engaging, on-brand social media posts tailored to target audiences. Schedule and publish social media content using platform tools or scheduling software. Assist in the creation and execution of LinkedIn ad campaigns, including asset development and copy refinement. Coordinate with team members to gather campaign insights and monitor ad performance. Leverage strong analytical skills to collaborate on market research and contribute to strategic projects focused on enhancing customer lifetime value. Participate in Veoci’s competitive analysis efforts by researching key industry players, identifying trends and tracking their strategic moves. Help maintain and update internal databases for competitor insights, ensuring accuracy and relevance for internal stakeholders. Assist with office shipping tasks as needed, including packaging and coordinating deliveries to support smooth event and daily operations. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual materials. Ensure all creative materials meet deadlines and quality standards. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in designing for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing. Knowledge of basic video editing and motion graphics is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Portfolio showcasing previous design work. Preferred Skills Experience with Canva. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Physical Requirements & Compensation Veoci offers remote work flexibility, with this role being required to work on campus, a minimum of three days per week with the option to work off site on other days. The wage range for this role is $50,000•$60,000 plus benefits.

Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
