Position Overview:
We’re looking for a versatile and motivated Marketing Associate to join a collaborative team focused on driving growth, engagement, and brand visibility. What You’ll Do:
Campaign Support:
Assist in the setup and execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including web, email, and social media. Help ensure content is aligned with brand and performance goals.
Performance Insights:
Analyze campaign data and user behavior to uncover trends and opportunities. Contribute to reporting and presentations that inform strategy and optimize performance.
Budget Awareness:
Monitor campaign budgets and identify areas for improved efficiency and ROI across paid media channels.
Optimization & Research:
Use market research and performance data to suggest enhancements that drive traffic, leads, and customer acquisition.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support the launch and scaling of marketing initiatives. Help maintain alignment across departments and brands.
What You Bring:
2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms Strong organizational and multitasking skills Basic analytical skills (Excel, Looker, or similar tools) Clear communication and a collaborative mindset A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Experience in automotive or multi-brand environments is a plus

Intermediate – perfect for someone ready to take the next step in their marketing career and contribute to a growing, high-impact team Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 – $72800.00/yr.
