High fives, smiling, and great customer service are a must as well as a high level of professionalism. We are a fast-paced, growing nonprofit that makes our kids our top priority, and are looking for someone who matches our culture and is committed to our mission. Must be able to take direction well, take initiative, and be able to work independently and with a team. Should have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as enjoy creating social media and website content. Job Duties Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns Assist in the organizing of promotional events and attend them to facilitate their success. Develop and pitch social media plans and campaigns Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for social media growth. Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns Frequently write marketing literature (brochures, press releases and flyers etc) Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information Take professional pictures in the gymnastics center or on location Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Positive, friendly, and professional Outstanding communication skills Proficient in Canva, Mailchimp and Adobe Creative Cloud Evening and weekend availability Prior experience in marketing or social media Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as a part of a team Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines Preferably experienced with photography and videography
