Social Media Strategy:

Manage our social media sites, including graphic design, the content calendar, publishing, and monitoring analytics to ensure effectiveness towards IPPD outreach. +

Content Creation:

Develop content for a variety of communications needs including writing, editing, and design work to create special publications such as: brochures, invitations, flyers, emails, and marketing collateral. + Web Design (WordPress): managing our website, writing and editing content, and helping students with the Blog sites. +

Graphis Design:

Create and edit media content for program marketing that upholds a cohesive visual identity in accordance with existing brand standards and guidelines for the UF IPPD program. +

Digital Advertising:

Assist with day-to-day communications, with emphasis on visual storytelling and design. + Assist the IPPD Administrative Assistant with event planning, logistics, branding and promotion. Other administrative duties as assigned Position will be 15-20 hours per week

Expected Salary:

$15 per hour

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Proficiency with social media management and analytics, including LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube + Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign) + Proficiency with Canva Pro + Experience with WordPress + Experience with Mailchimp and similar platforms for marketing campaigns + Experience in outbound marketing targeted at university students + Strong English writing skills for print and online communications + Excellent interpersonal skills and experience with interviewing people
