Hospitality Marketing Assistant 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Grant-Valkaria, FL 32949 Pelican Lodge is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Front Office & Marketing Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for guests and help promote the lodge through digital channels. This is a dynamic role combining hospitality and marketing, ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and being creative.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests at the front office in a professional, welcoming manner Manage guest bookings and reservations through Airbnb, VRBO, and internal systems Create and post engaging content using Canva for social media platforms Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms Maintain organized front office records and daily operations
Qualifications:
Proficiency in using computers, especially Canva, Airbnb, and VRBO platforms Comfortable managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Prior experience in hospitality or marketing is a plus Speaking Spanish is a plus
