This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the marine industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in content creation, social media management, and be bilingual. We are looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multitask to serve as our company’s front desk receptionist. In this position, you will greet guests entering the building and help direct them where they need to go. In addition, you’ll be responsible for answering and managing the phones. You will work a set schedule that’s free of weekend and evening hours. There are 3 boat shows that are mandatory during the year. These will require working after 5pm and on the weekends for those events. We also offer great benefits and vacation time after a 90 day probation period. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors in a professional manner. Answer incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members. Handle incoming leads, log information accurately, and assist with follow-up processes. Create and manage boat listings on various MLS systems. Assist the marketing team with content creation for marketing materials, blogs, and social media. Design graphics and promotional content using Canva. Help create content for social media accounts and support online marketing efforts. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common office areas. Support additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role. Background or knowledge of the marine industry is highly preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with MLS systems or similar listing platforms. Proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design skills. Experience managing business social media accounts. Content writing or blog writing experience is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred). Professional appearance and demeanor. Positive attitude, team player, and strong customer service orientation.
