Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale, FL! The Commercial Lines Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Analyst and Producers to service new business accounts to achieve Agency sales goals and service standards.

How You Will Contribute:

Issuance of binders, certificates, automobile identification cards, invoices and similar items. Rate submissions and complete applications and other required documentation Assist the marketing department in obtaining quotations and declinations from various companies. Assist Marketer in transition bound accounts to the respective account management teams. Assist in the compilation and preparation of marketing and underwriting data, including but not limited to: loss runs, Motor Vehicle Reports, etc. Prepare proposal shells assist with preparing presentation with Marketing Analyst Document all marketing activity in the agency management system. Assist with preparing invoices and required documentation to bind accounts. Ensure that systems, procedures, and insurance company regulations are adhered to by the department and alert management should any problems arise. Keep Marketing Analyst informed of any service problems. Utilize agency automation with a high level of knowledge and proficiency.

Licenses and Certifications:

4-40/2-20 license is (preferred) P&C Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain within three months Skills & Experience to
